Zachary M. Kravat, Esq., has extensive experience litigating in state and federal courts nationwide and in New York.  He represents clients at all stages of litigation, from initial consultation, dispute resolution, pleadings, discovery, trial, and appeal.

As a former "big law" litigator, Zachary is no stranger to navigating clients through challenging legal problems and fighting on their behalf to achieve optimal results.  His diverse clientele has included the world's largest companies facing "bet-the-company" litigation, companies involved in commercial lawsuits, and individuals involved in commercial, criminal, and personal injury cases.

Notable Prior Representations Include:

• Takeda Pharms. U.S.A., Inc. v. Mylan Pharms. Inc. (D. Del.): breach of contract litigation involving generic pharmaceutical product resulting in multimillion-dollar settlement for the client.

• United States, et al. v. Google, LLC (D.D.C.): representation of Google in the company’s highest-profile trial, including preparing senior Google executives for testimony.

• Mortgage Connect Doc. Solutions, LLC, v. Green Indus. Dev. Grp., LLC (Del. Sup.): breach of contract litigation in commercial landlord/tenant dispute (trial verdict pending).

• United States v. Wael Bakry, et al. (E.D.N.Y.) – defense of client that allegedly committed multimillion dollar healthcare and tax fraud resulting in full jury acquittal after three-week trial.

• United States v. Mark Nordlicht, et al. (E.D.N.Y.) – defense of client charged with securities and wire fraud resulting in post-verdict acquittal and no prison sentence.

• City of New York Law Department - designated Special Assistant Corporation Counsel to represent city in depositions in personal injury lawsuits, including trip-and-fall and slip-and-fall cases.
